My fren owns a hp probook 4520s, it is currently formated and using win 7 home premium. the format was clean format. So now I try to install bluetooth drive but it says bluetooth device must be turned on but no mattar how many time I press button on keypad it won't turn on. So any suggestion people so I can install it.

well bigfella, that's where the problem is. When I try to install driver for it, it says "bluetooth device must be turned on to complete the setup" but no matter how many times I hit the button on keypad it won't turn on it remains orange

Install all the HP software. Frequently, there is a driver required for the keypad, that allows you to then enable the rest.

Installed wifi driver, hp support assistant, intel chip utility, vga driver. Is there more to be installed? help me if anything else required to turn it on, wireless assistant is downloading

rofl, bigfella I already knew you could not read but thats pathetic.

Anyway, was this bluetooth working fine before the reformat? You never said, just wanted to confirm it working in the first place.

If so, it must be disabled somewhere. Look in the device manager and see what it says about it. If it's not working it should be flagged and you can find it easily. Right click and make sure it's enabled first, then maybe try properties and see if the driver installed correctly for it.
