Okay, so I got blocked from a web site. I changed the MAC address on my router; then I changed my IP address on my cable modem; but still I am blocked. I even tried to access the web site using the web browser on a brand new HDTV in my house to see if it was a hardware issue, but I was blocked there too. How is this web site still blocking me, and how can I become unblocked?

I'm going to be a jerk here... The easiest way is to not do whatever got you blocked in the first place.

How did you make those changes? There isn't an "easy" way to change the MAC address on your router as it's coded into the NIC itself. You also can't change the IP address of the modem yourself without asking the ISP to do so. Usually when you are blocked it's just an IP ban, so my guess is that your external IP didn't get changed.

Are you sure you are banned .and not that your ISP doesn't allow traffic to the site ,

IE i cannot download from pirate-bay as my ISP blocks me ,

can you access the website from a friends house >?

there was a reason you got blocked, just wait and you might get unblocked, but you probally will just get blocked again. You know that you can download a ip changer program online.
