How to set up e-mail accounts with my domain.

I now have a new host, and unlike my last one it does not have a cpanel, I used to use the cpanel to create e-mail accounts, but now since I don't have it, I dont know how, Can anyone help me? My new host provides me with 1000 e-mail accounts(with the plan i got) though their website using your domain, but it has 10MB space limits, the only good thing about that is that 10MB isn't taken off my server space, but that's not a big deal.

I want to set-up a few e-mail accounts without that, can anyone help me?



I also need help with setting up FTP accounts, My friend is going to host his website on my server also, but i dont want to give me my info and give him acess to everything.

You might have to upload an email client and then configure it to work with their smtp and pop3/imap servers.
 
Where could I get such a client? I could really use more then 25MB's for my e-mail...some SINGLE files will be that big that i e-mail(I didn't mention that, 1 get 1 35MB account and the 1000 10MB) and im not going to get clsoe to using up my 10GB's of storage so my as well put it to some good mail use.
