how to force delete a file

I have a 7GB ISO file that I no longer use. This morning I tried to delete it, but windows (XP SP2) kept saying "it is used by another person or program". I already eject the image from virtual drive, I tried deleting it using safe mode, I even tried using command prompt, restarted countless of time, all failed..
anyone can help me?

Download a program called Unlocker, it should let you delete it.

thanks Omega. I already downloaded and Installed unlocker, but this file is so stubborn that unlocker says it cannot be deleted..pfh...

edit:
it worked, after I reboot my system..thanks..pheew..a fresh 7GB...

It was supposed to work, yes.
But anyway, unlocker is the best possible program.

yes, I thought safe mode would work, but it didn't. unlocker did the job well..
