I have read the PS 101 and still have to ask for help... I am looking to get a new graphics card X850XT for my

Emachines T6522
AMD Athlong 64 2.2Ghz 512KB L2 Cache
2000 MHz FSB
1024 MB Ram
200 GB Hard Drive

The card says it needs to have a pug into the power supply. My power supply does not have this. The card says minimum 350W PS. It is A PCIE-16 card.

Could ya'll please recommend a 30-40 dollar Power Supply that will power this card. MOST Importanlty be quiet!!! Silence is key to me. I am looking for one that will last and help my system perform at its best. As time goes on I am sure I will end up with a new graphics card again at some point and possibly more Ram. I would like this to be the only PS I buy for the PC. If possible look cool/have some lights or something(Extremley optional)

You shouldn't go cheap on a PSU. If you buy a cheap one it may end up screwing up your computer. Now, I'm not saying go buy a $150 PSU, but maybe something around the $65-$80 range. Is there any way you can pull that off?
 
How about as cheeeap as possible and not screw anything up. 2 things I need.

QUIET
PCIE power cable for the new card or what ever
 
69 plus shippin, we're talking 250+ for the card and PS now. Thats gettin a little steep, I was hopin to have the card and a PS shipped for 210 or less.
 
Its just the whole thing of truck payment, boat payment, truck insurance, boat insurance, boat taxes, are all coming up next month so I really can't justify in my mind spending very much on the computer right now.

What about just getting a better PS and over clocking my graphics card until the better cards are cheaper...
