Help with air flow

hi a bought a bccpc case--> http://www.bccpc.com/712Khaw Black.htm

it has 2 small fans spots and one big spot on the side one on the top and a big one on the back i am getting a Pentium D - 3.4 GHz / (2x) 2MB Cache - Dual Core (Model 950) and mother board with 2 gig ram i no it will get HOT and i was hoping you guys could help me configure my fans like what direction i should make them blow thank you
 
front - intake
back - exhaust
top - exhaust
side/door - intake

I'm assuming everything is 80mm accept the back (120mm) hopefully that's pretty even airflow. Try that setup out and see if you case stays pretty cool, that's the default airflow for most cases. You may need one or two more intakes since you also have an exhaust in your PSU.

What he said is fine...and what your configuration should be. Two intake, two exhaust.
 
Look at what I typed, follow that "airflow chart" and you should be doing good. Hot air rises, so you want your top fan to be an exhasut. To get good circulation you want a definite one way motion throughout your case. So front in, back out. This will cause the air to blow straight across your mobo and comonents.

You COULD reverse it, to have back intake nad front exhaust...BUT your PSU is already exhasut, so you'd have somewhat of a negative airflow towards the top of your case.

The idea behind a side intake is it draws cold air straight onto your motherboard, hpefuilly right onto your socket/HSF. Should reduce temps alot. If you have an exhaust there, its drawing air AWAY from your HSF, which doesn't help in cooling since it's always better to actively cool the heatsink.

ok i switched the on on the side over the hetsink bloing on the heat sink the top is exaust and when i the the 120 fore the side ill make it intake and the back ill make exaust sound good
 
Sounds good. If you notive your temps aren't what you wnat them to be, try switching around one fan at a time and see if it makes a difference. Becasue your mixing different CFM rating in fans it's not 100% equal. You may find more exhaust is better for your system, or visa versa. I've always liked intake, cuz my cases were always holey(sp?) and alot of it rushed out.
