Help removing virus! Instructions don't make sense.

when looking online some of the screen and print appears different

You are giving very vague information. You need to give detailed information so I can try to determine what could be wrong. Could just be screen resolution or text size needs to be adjusted.

it's more like the boxes that you type searches into look different like simple thin plain text in them and rhe bixes them selves look real thin and plain when they didn't look that way before. for instance when I go to ebay.

as you can see in attatchments in one notice the view box, if you see this box on my phone it looks completely different with more style to it. and in the other attachment the print is really small which isn't like it normally would be.

I just talked with kasperskeys technical support and they said they know all about this and it has to do with a Java update... they are you mailing me a simple fix I will let you know how that goes!

Try pressing on the Ctrl button while rotating the scroll wheel on your mouse forward.
ebay has recently changed their look which I have noticed and don't really like.

well the weird thing is when I view eBay on my smartphone it looks back to normal and also when I view it on Google Chrome it looks normal but in internet explorer the boxes have a strange look to them? I followed kasperskeys instructions for the fix and it all still looks the same, however it does still show that I have no viruses or malware?... so strange.

notice this second view of my eBay page in Google Chrome. now look at the Select a view drop down box, then look at that same box in the picture that I posted of my internet explorer of My eBay page and you will notice the difference.

The screenshots are too small to see. Can you upload those pics to photobucket or another file sharing site?

This doesn't seem to be caused by malware. Most likely your text size just needs to be adjusted. You can follow mycattmaxx's instructions by using the scroll wheel trick. I'm not sure about chrome though. Also you can use IE's menu under View then text size, should be set to medium.

so it seems that the issue was coming from Internet Explorer 10 update... I uninstalled 10 and put 9 back on and everything is back to normal. it was just weird timing that both that virus and the update occurred around the same time! thanks for all your help.
