Bose is good but you can get a pair audio technica with same performance at half price.

I have a pair of Philips ones that cost about £40 (about $50-60, not 100% on conversions, but it's around there) and they are excellent. Got em a few years ago, so equivilent probably cheaper now. The bass aren;t that good but if you tweak the sound settings on your programs then they can give out kick ass bass or stay really soft.

So the ones you chose are probably very good, but you can get ones just as good or possibily ones slightly better for much cheaper
