GTX460 vs HD 5770

I mentioned two cards because I was curious to see if buying two cheap cards, 9400GT's, 9500GT's, 9600GT's, etc. would be good temporarily until I can afford to purchase a better card. I don't plan on playing too many demanding games too soon, because nothing really appeals to me quite yet.

Two low end cards arent going to outperform a better card at the same price point in most cases, there are a few exceptions to the rule, but this is generally the case.

Honestly, even if something newer does come out in any amount of time, the 460 is going to be a decent card for the time being.

I think I'll do a cheap DX11 card, keep the price down, and upgrade later.
My old 9800GT treated me well and I think I'd like to purchase a temporary one.
It may not be DX11, but it is still a fairly good card.
