only admins can create new social groups.
 
for people selling things. after selling, the buyer can give the seller a "review." basically a way for buyers to see how reliable a seller is.
 
I am typing this from my Dell Axim X3i Pocket PC with Windows Mobile 2003. WM sucks, most of the .cab files made for WM03 give me an error when I try to install them. Anybody know if i can get another ROM for it? Gee, i can't even use another browser other than Pocket IE 6. And I have to manually get an IP when connecting to WiFi, the utility has a bug.
