I read the TOS on the site and it does not state that you can NOT sale the physical dvd. Only states you can not sell ur account which im not selling as im giving. There for its not in violation of the TOS to only charge for the DVD.

Actually it say you can't share or Allow any one to see your username or password. There never going to know(unless they read this) so just sell it.

Craigs list you can sell anything there I have a friend who just sold some chicken poop for $3 a pound .
