Freeware backup for Vista?

I don't want to use the image based Vista backup utility. I want something like SyncBack for Vista, so it needs to be able to create a profile to copy updated or new files to a destination drive, without deleting older, possibly redundant files on the destination.

I'd be grateful for any recommendations, thanks.
 
Update

Tried Karen's Replicator, but didn't get on with it because you can't easily select which subfolders to backup. Syncback is now vista compatible though, so I have gone with that.
