flv to avi or mpg

can anyone recommend any freeware that converts flv files to avi or mpg files? (not pirated programs, just something originally free)

I have been searching for about 15 minutes and can't seem to find any freeware, just free trials....

i found super video converter, i don't know if it's the one you're talking about....it's not free and doesnt convert flv...:confused:

is there a link you can give me? :)

i don't trust free programs...don't think that they can do something really good, and the quality often is awful. i have Flash to Video Converter PRO (by geovid.com), actually it has a free trial, but with the watermark.so i bought it and now use for my work.
