Feedback on my Logo Design

Looking good!
how about slanting the letters towards the right? makes it looks fast, and suits the name, and its still easy to read.
 
I don't know about all the blurry lettering. Perhaps use both the wrench on the T and the hammer on the I. I'm not a huge fan of the color scheme too. I hate to be a nay-sayer though. Sometimes overdoing a logo can hurt you or your company, whichever. I'd keep it simple, use the tools and what not.
 
Looks like a solid design! Very creative!

I probably wouldn't use any motion blur or anything similar though, keep it simple.
