Feedback on my Logo Design

So, here a logo I did up for my business. I'm not artistic at all, and I know I suck at Photoshop, so be easy on me. Let me know if you think it would be good for business cards and letterheads. My main concern is that it may be a bit confusing, so let me know if it is easily readable or not.

I think it looks great and professional, but on the blow up, you might want to apply some antialiasing, smooth out the edges :P

The only thing I could think of to do would be to use some repair tools as lettering. Maybe put an arrow head on the end of that F, so symbolize speed. It would just make it catchier and help get the point across.
 
I think the arrow on the letters is a little over done, but I like the idea of incorporating tools. I smoothed out the letters so it looks better full sized too.

EDIT:
I made one incorporating a hammer, and one also incorporating a wrench. I think it looks better without the wrench.

2nd EDIT:
Decided to see what the arrow looks like too. It's not bad, but I think I might prefer it without.

I really like that last one that you did. And I agree, the wrench might be too much. If you wanted to you could make the arrow smaller if you think it's overdone, but I think it's great. Each word has a picture symbolizing the word. Awesome job!
 
Its looks professional and easy to read, I feel the arrow head on the end of that F, may not looks good.
 
What if you pulled the arrowhead back to where the original line terminated? I think the arrow in the final design might look funny because it's extended so far out.

Yeah, but I tried it shorter and the "F" wasn't as recognizable as an "F". I'm thinking I might try it with an arrow on the serif of the "t" instead.
 
#4 looks really good. To give it a little more impact would adding a bit of a speed effect to it improve or not :)

I pulled the arrow back just a bit, so it doesn't hang over the A as much, but didn't pull it all the way back to the end of the F. Hopefully this looks a little better and is still legible.
 
By the way, thanks to everyone that has given comments and suggestions. I've done a lot more with the logo that I would have without your feedback.
 
I've moved it back, about the same place you had it:

Although I'm still a bit worried that the F isn't as legible as I'd like it. I feel like someone that is seeing it for the first time might just see an "R" with an arrow sticking out of it at first.

I also feel that with the addition of the motion lines the hammer becomes a little unrecognizable.
 
:good: It's completely legible to me and a big improvement with the motion lines the other way.
 
+1, totally legible and good looking logo. Dunno if its just me but i think that swapping the green to the top and blue to the bottom might look a little better though.
