Just wanted to get sum feedback from this motherboard. what do you guys think?

It's very expensive. About a $100 more than the 780i chipset.

Sure its a great motherboard but i wouldn't touch it with a ten foot pole because of the prices of ddr3 ram, its crazy and you don't get a noticeable difference!

Well, if you can afford it... Take it. But I'd take a (XFX / eVGA) 780i myself because it's almost 80 euro's cheaper (XFX is almost 100 euro's cheaper) and the RAM is cheaper as well...

780i with a nice SLI setup should do just fine. The DDR3 ram is something you won't notice much difference with whilst gaming or just computing. Only on benchmarks you'll see difference.

thats a stretch. according to all the reviews i have seen, the most you should expect over a good pair of ddr2 sticks is a few fps, 1/3 is a very large difference.
