IM trying to find a good graphics card to run the current games like:

American Truck Simulator
Xplane 10
Assetto Corsa

I would appreciate anyone that has knowledge on this matter to help me out.

Thanks in advance.

I wouldn't really go past something like a 750Ti. The CPU will start holding you back big time in newer titles.

What motherboard is it? Some of them support C2Q as a cheap upgrade.

Also, the Radeon 4350 was awful for gaming, so pretty much anything will be a vast improvement.

Well Assetto Corsa recommended hardware is quite high. You would need new system. You would have to upgrade your process to a Q6600 and then either a 290x or gtx 970 video card. Talking over $300 just for the video card. You should just save up your money and get a new system cause you would need a new power supply as well.

Beers thanks for the quick response. The 750Ti card you mentioned is that a Nvidia series or ATI? and will that handle the games mentioned? I get it that eventually I will need a new computer but funds at this time are not available. Also do you know a price on this 750Ti?

Thanks,

Thanks John for the response. I know and figured my computer is now a yugo. Thought there would be a quick fix with the video card upgrade to get me by until funds are available. How much am I looking for at todays computer thats reasonably priced that would handle mentioned games?

Stay away from Alienware as they are way overpriced. Besides, the video card in that system is low end, won't work for you.

Where is this from? 350 watt power supply isn't enough. Better raise it to at least corsair cx430 for the 750 video card.
