Counter Stike Condition zero Installation problem!

Hi guys!
I'm a hardcore gamer and love CS! So the problem I currently have is that I have CS-CZ Xtreme Edition, when I installed it on my Windows 7 laptop it worked out perfectly. But when I installed it on my new laptop which runs on Windows 8 it won't run. It does not show the option to open the game.
The options that I get to open hlds, hltv and voice_tweak. When I open hlds it allows me to create a dedicated server BUT where and how do I open the game?? There is no option or rather an application icon to open it. Whereas this same game works on my other laptop without any problem. Counter Strike 1.6 works well but condition zero is not at all there despite installation several times. PLLLZZZZZ suggest!!
 
The directory that you installed it into with have the .exe. Right click on it, got to advanced, and ensure that you run it as an admin and as Windows 7.

The problem is that on my other laptop which works on Windows 7 (where CS works) it has the .exe file. BUT when I install the same game on my new laptop which works on Windows 8, I simply don't get to see the .exe file anywhere though all the other files are present like hlds, hltv etc(Applications)

Please suggest.

This isn't a 1 on 1 support page, it's a public forum. You should post the screenshot here for others to see and try and help, as well as helping others who may have the same problem.
