my computer has been acting up and i dont know why. it has been really laggy and giltchy, i will be surfing the web and listening to itunes and it will start freeze and switch to itunes and when i am typing a email it will freeze for like 20 secs and then it will high light some word out of no where and alway will jump between windows like i will be on the net and it will jump to the itunes screen. i dont know what it could be i have norton 2006 and spysweeper. i dont think it has anything to do with ram either because i can play World of Warcraft with no lagging. also i have more then half my Hard drive free. please help.

Please download 'HijackThis'- HJTsetup.exe from this link http://www.thespykiller.co.uk/files/HJTsetup.exe to your desktop.
Doubleclick on the HJTsetup.exe icon on your desktop.
By default it will install to C:\Program Files\Hijack This.
Continue to click "next" in the setup dialogue boxes until you get to the "Select Addition Tasks" dialogue.
Put a check by "Create a desktop icon" then click "Next" again.
Continue to follow the rest of the prompts from there.
At the final dialogue box click "Finish" and it will launch Hijack This.
Click on the "Do a system scan and save a logfile" button. It will scan and the log should open in notepad.
Copy the entire log and post it here.

Restart your computer

Choose your usual account.

Okay.If your system seems fine now then we'll try and finish what's left.
Firstly, go to 'add/remove programs' and uninstall any and all versions of 'Java'.
Next, reboot into safemode.Make sure all your security programs are disabled including 'Norton', 'Spysweeper', 'Ewido', etc.
Run 'Killbox' again.Put a tick by Standard File Kill.
In the "Full Path of File to Delete" box, copy and paste the following line.
C:\WINDOWS\system32\iuihmf.dll
Click on the button that has the red circle with the X in the middle after you enter the file.
It will ask for confimation to delete the file.
Click Yes.
Now, run HijackThis again from safe mode, close all windows except Hijack This, place a check to the left of the following items and press "fix checked".

Run ATF-Cleaner from safe mode.Double-click ATF-Cleaner.exe to run the program.
Under Main choose: Select All
Click the Empty Selected button.
Boot back into normal windows and purge the 'Restore Folder'.Go to Control Panel/ System/System Restore and check the box ' Turn off system restore on all drives' click 'apply' and 'okay'.Reboot your computer and 'Enable' System Restore again and create a 'New Restore Point' by going to 'Start/Programs/Accessories/System Tools/System Restore'.
Go here http://java.com/en/download/manual.jsp and install the latest version of 'Java'.
Then run HJT again and post a new log.
Firstly, go to 'add/remove programs' and uninstall any and all versions of 'Java'.
Next, reboot into safemode.Make sure all your security programs are disabled including 'Norton', 'Spysweeper', 'Ewido', etc.
Run 'Killbox' again.Put a tick by Standard File Kill.
In the "Full Path of File to Delete" box, copy and paste the following line.
C:\WINDOWS\system32\iuihmf.dll
Click on the button that has the red circle with the X in the middle after you enter the file.
It will ask for confimation to delete the file.
Click Yes.
Now, run HijackThis again from safe mode, close all windows except Hijack This, place a check to the left of the following items and press "fix checked".
