Computer builders estimate (US)

That's not something that's on the national census....an I don't think there really is a way to count efficiently.
 
Technically, you could add up the number of Motherboards or CPUs purchased, but there's may be some people who are just replacing those things.

or large companies/schools could be purchasing bulk which wouldn't help with the estimate lol.:o
