Comes with fans?

Well, this question is from my slightly...disorganized friend. He wants to make a new computer, but for some reason sold his current one before deciding what to buy.
So anyway, he wants to know if this case http://www.xoxide.com/x-ventilator-case-black.html comes with all the fans listed, or would he have to buy them. Thanks on my friends behalf.

i think thier is only one that it comes with. the tri-colored 80mm side fan and thier are places to put fans but arent included

The way I interpet the above means NO fans included, just mounts
