Change of Language on Windows Vista

I have bought a computer in Spain and my Windows Vista is in Spanish. Is there a way to change this to English or will I need to buy a new copy of Windows. This is what Acer has told me but as they have told me incorrect things before I am not sure that they are right.

Hey there is a program called Vistalizator it ofers many languages here is the link and u can change it in only 15-20 min ok www.froggie.sk
