Not a bad build but definitely get a nicer case such as the Corsair 300R (likely better built and just generally 'nicer') and whilst the 6300 is a decent CPU, get the 8320 if you can.

Corsair 300R http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16811139011

FX-8320 http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16819113285

If you can get a slightly nicer 970 board that would also be good http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16813128519

I'm not 100% sure on the Be Quiet! power supplies, I think they're meant to be pretty good. Personally if I wanted a 600-650W unit I'd get something from Corsair, XFX, OCZ or Seasonic. The Corsair CX 600 M is great because it is modular and relatively inexpensive http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16817139048&Tpk=cx 600m that should power your system without a problem.

What brand of hard drive are you using? I tend to only recommend Seagate and Western Digital and occasionally Samsung.

Spirit is pretty much spot on, the same thing I would've recommended when I read your post.
be quiet! PSUs are actually quite good, but generally expensive because of scarce supply (at least here in Denmark)
They should be equal to Corsair, but with a very good fan.
For case I would recommend the Fractal Design Arc Midi R2 or Define R4, very good and silent cases. Very well built.

Intel Processors are better for editing, but i guess it depends on what type of editing he'll be doing.

Intel processors are better clock for clock, yes. But they are also more expensive, especially if you want 8 threads (only i7 or Xeon).
AMD FX offers good value in the editing division, since it's 8 threads usually priced cheaper than overclockable i5's.
AMD is also a good value, because the chipset is cheaper than Intels.
Example of low-end acceptable motherboards for each platform:
Gigabyte 970A-UD3: $110
MSI Z87-G45 Gaming: $160

I wouldn't go below these boards if you were to overclock.

Going by the fact that he was originally after an FX-6300 and a 970 board, something tells me he probably can't afford an Intel setup for editing. It's true he could look at maybe an i3 3220 and an inexpensive board and it would be decent enough for editing, but look at the encoding benches here http://www.anandtech.com/bench/Product/699?vs=677 and you'll see that the FX-6300 beats the i3 3220.

The FX-8320 should be decent enough for editing. It's cheaper than an i5 4670K and obviously it's going to be faster than a 6300.

First of all thanks everyone for answers, sorry for not coming to this thread for whole day, but I don't really have much time yet

hmm, thanks for this informative answer :) Hmm I live in Lithuania, that means, you won't get anything for original price and you won't be able to reach 20% of products from foreign... Wanted to ask maybe this case would do something similar ? http://www.corsair.com/us/carbide-series-330r-quiet-mid-tower-case.html (in addition.. Does it have PSU ?), because I can't get 300 in Lithuania, about processor, ok I will try to get AMD FX-8350 (or is 8320 enough ? because, you know, I buy one good part so I wouldn't need to change it for some time)

My budget is ~1000 dollars (I already managed to fail this.. That means I will need to save money for 2 additional months)

About editing... I'm doing commentaries and very rarely I do montage, so I need silent computer for gaming, I use programs such as Cinema 4D, Sony Vegas 12 etc.

Thanks for eveyone who replied :) Waiting for new answers

The 8320 and 8350 is exactly the same, the 8350 will just overclock better.
Can you link a website you will be buying from?
I can definitely feel you on the price, everything is 25% more expensive here in Denmark compared to the USA.

Didn't realise you were in Lithuania!

Yes, that case is great and if you can buy it go for it. It doesn't have a power supply included but Corsair also make some excellent power supplies, or the Be Quiet! one you were planning to buy would also be good.

Just my 2 cents, but id be pretty suprised if a 2011 socket Sandy/Ivy Bridge E processor and motherboard wouldn't be affordable in the $1000 budget, and that will rape the AMD chip in every single way. Period.

However I don't see anything that requires more than 4 cores in your usecase.

In this case, a cheap 3450K will absolutely smash the AMD chip in gaming and is cheaper.

Spend the extra money on a GTX780 or an SSD (which will reduce noise).

Thanks about the case, I will probably get it, but maybe you know any cases with PSU already installed ? (Up to 270 dollars)

hmm, about motherboard, as I understand it should support all RAM lines, from 1333 to 1866 ? But for some reason 8 people in that site said that 1600 and 1866 mhz RAM isn't working...Maybe something else ?

Thanks for the help tho

Well most cases which come with power supplies installed have really bad PSUs, so I don't tend to recommend it.

Arguably, the power supply is one of the easiest things to install in your system. Just screw it in with 4 screws and bam you're done. It's the cable management which takes the time but you're not going to find a case with a PSU pre-installed that has cable management already done for you.

ok, thanks just wanted to ask about motherboard again, I find more and more people on youtube saying that, that motherboard where you advised me to buy doesn't work with 1600 and 1866 mhz RAMs.
