ooooooooooo seriosuly, ya dell is the worst, i could of put a 8800 gts in my rig for 900

ATX TOWER CASE

When it comes to graphics cards, it seems to be unanimous that the 8800GTS is unrivaled for gaming and value.

This setup (without monitor) is going to cost me about US$950.
 
as a matter a fact intel do u recommend acer's for a monitor?...cuz im thinking about getting 1...or if u have any suggjestions as to a better monitor ...plz share it =D

Yes there is. OEM does not get Microsoft Support. Retail does. And if you saw what Microsoft charges just to send them an email or contact you'd faint. It's around $50 I think...
 
I know people have gone around this but not said anything. Your not building a CPU your building a computer. CPU stands for Central Processing Unit i.e. the processor, short hand for computer is comp.

Just thought he should know for future reference (its useful to know) especially when buying/ordering his parts.

I wouldn't get a Dell, tbh. My Dell was about 900. Computer I'm building right now makes my current Dell look like a windows 95. It's only costing me about 800 or so. You pay way too much simply for the Dell name imo.

Yes, I do like Acer, ViewSonic, Dell, and Samsung Monitors. I like Acer because they are good monitors with a good price tag. What size are you thinking?

Guys you don't have much room to talk about his mix-up, look what us(as exp'd members) have had to help you guys with... You learn something new all the time... I had a middle school teacher that called her tower the CPU, so it's pretty easy when with the rest of the computer illiteracy in the world... :P

I like that monitor, specs are good, except the size. I don't like 19" Widescreens, you take a real hit in vertical resolution with a 19" widescreen. I would go for a 22" Widescreen, anything else below, just go standard. There is nothing wrong with them, that's just IMO.
