Building a game pc on a budget

Hi i'm new to building computers and i happen to be a poor college student. I wanted to put together a super low budget gaming pc hopefully under 400 dollars. What would any experienced eyes have to say about these particular parts, and how well would it run more up to date games?? (I dont usually run max settings on games)

AMD A10-7850K 3.7GHz Quad-Core Processor
MSI A78M-E35 Micro ATX FM2+ Motherboard
8 GB (2x4GB) DDR3 1600 MHz (PC3 12800) 240-Pin Memory Kit
Western Digital Caviar Blue 1TB 3.5" 7200RPM Internal Hard Drive
Rosewill FBM-02 MicroATX Mini Tower Case
Corsair Builder 430W 80+ Bronze Certified ATX Power Supply

Whats your GPU? If you want a good PC running up to date games, you'll need a decent GPU. Also you may need a better PSU.

Yes, 600W its perfect, if not, a little over for your build. Try going for 550W unless the pricing difference is small.

Thats good thought. The EVGA GeForce GT 730 isnt able to handle GTA V but can handle the rest fine on mid to low settings. If you want a good GPU for a low price I strongly recommend the GeForce 9800 GT which is around $40-$50.

Awesome thanks for the help! I'm still under 430 dollars, honestly that's better than I thought it would be.
Actually I calculated your power supply wattage. You need at least 263W so stick with a 300W PSU. Honestly its hard to find a 300W PSU because they're easy to make so just find a cheap one and call it a day.

If you're going with that apu than I would recommend getting faster ram. Get 2133 instead of 1600. This apu has been proven to give much better performance with faster ram speeds.

Are you kidding? for a $400 budget build 8GB is great.

I don't mean upgrade your ram amount. I mean upgrade the speed at which the ram is running. If you want proof of what I'm talking about and learn about how ram speeds affect this apu's performance, then please take the time to watch this video.
