My question is: I am not sure if this build can handle 1080p PC gaming...

Games I want to try: Red Dead Redemption 2, Blackmyth, GTA5, Cyberpunk....

Why do you feel a 4060 would struggle with 1080p?

I have an HP Prebuilt gaming PC with a 2060 GPU....somehow I feel the '60s GPU is not a good choice for gaming,
