I think my vid cards need a little something in the cooling department, any suggestion? Also what is a good temp for the components to be, CPU, video card, etc.

Well, we need to what the spec of your system is. Different CPU's have different temp ranges. And graphics cards can take a higher temperature then CPU's.

Well, if you have a very Powerful Pc (including videocard), you might want water cooling supply,But it is quite expensice. but if it is something normal, jsut get a new fan, and put it near the videocard. they are not expensice, worth Every penny.
you got a softwear that controls fans and tell the temparature? if not, yo might want to get one, they work great. (Speedfan is a good softwear)

I would reccomend a Arctic Cooling fan for your GPU. And like elmarcorulz said, different temperatures for different cards.

My Zalman VGA fan is doing a wonderful job!

Yeah, the Zalman copper VGA fans are great but they're chunky beasts. If your running SLi i'm not sure if they would actually fit in your case. I might be wrong.
