I more than expressed my interest! I was the first to respond, then he PM'd me and said he wanted a higher price. Before I could offer another amount he pm'd me again and said someone else offered him more.... so I said fine, if he bails I'll take it. 'On second though, give me $60 and its yours' he replied. So I say '$50 and its a deal'. Then he said I had to pay shipping, I asked how much.

HOW IS THAT NOT A TRANSACTION ALREADY IN PROGRESS??

I feel like I went to Best Buy and bought a game and got to the register and was told someone else offered them $5.00 more and they needed to pay the bills so the other guy gets it!

Its BS!

Ya that was shady, you should always go with the first guy that expresses interest but at the same time i understand going with who offered the most. Still not cool..
 
look man,, that was my bad, very childish and immature, i was being greedy and i kno that i shouldnt be because so many people here have helped me with alot of problems, i sincerly apologize for the way i acted and feel terrible about it. if you like i will still sell it to you for the price u offered, but if not i understand and i sorry i got greedy and forgot the reason forums like this exist, to help others out. again my apologies. have a great day , hopfully no hard feelings.. -Ryan

I accept your apology and I have no hard feelings but since your follow through has been questionable at best, Im going to politely decline and retract my offer.
