Anyone know hyPoxxx.dll?

How many other drives are in the comp? And what are the drive letters of each drive? When running multiple drives, and depending on how they were plugged in, your CD-drive may not be seeing seen, as it wants to be the C: drive, but a harddrive is already called the C: Drive. Also check if its even plugged in correctly, with the right jumper settings. Check your device manager as well. See if its in there and maybe it just needs a specific driver that windows couldnt automatically find.

You have the Modem from your cable company, right? And the router?

Heres the wall |

From the wall, your cable, thick and round, will run into the modem. Your ethernet will run from the modem into your ethernet port on your computer. Thats the basic way.

Now, instead of ethernet running from modem to computer, run it from your modem, to your router. The back of your router will have a number of ports, and one of them will be separated from the others, and say Modem above it somewhere. Plug the ethernet cable coming from your modem, into that.

Now, you should see about 4 more ports. Plug another ethernt cord into one of these ports, into the back of your computer. Make sure everything is turned on. lol

Should look like this. Wall: Cable: Modem: Ethernet: Router: Ethernet: Back of your comp.

I got the CD drive working again, I had to open it an re-plug back n everything.

Now, I have a Wireless Adapter, have no other way to access the internet. The other computer in another room has the Router. I installed the Disk in my new computer to get the Adapter going but it does not read any signals out there. Not even the Router in the other room.

So how to I set up a Wireless internet connection? I have Linksys as my company. If ya need anymore Info let me know and ill provide it later. Thanks!
