Antec smartpower 2.0?

Well i jus got it all installed.But when the power is on only the front fan(near sata ide etc Plugs) will spin.Not the one in the back of the psu.The power supply has a 3 prong blue and black wire that i pluged into the mobo.So i think thats why the one spins.Is the other supposed to spin at all times or only if needed.
 
i have the antec smartpower 2.0 psu too. I got it november last year, and it hasnt spun once yet. Don't worry bout it, it only turns on when it gets hot.
 
I have one and it's wicked quiet and has been perfectly reliable in the few months I've owned it. The rear fan only comes on (and slowly, too...) when the internal case temp has risen over 106°F... so far. Summer's coming, so it may run even faster as the case temps go even higher.

this case and power supply alone has out did my Xblade case and old power supply by sounds.Barly know its on thats what made me look.
