What exactly is your question?

You can get a surge protector pretty much anyway; Home Depot, Best Buy, Target, Wal-Mart, etc...

You can get a surge protector from most places. The same place you bought the PSU should have them.

20+/-4 Pin means that you can use it as either a 24 or 20 pin connector. It has 4 detachable pins.
