Since you're going with an AM3 cpu - you may as well go for an AM3 Motherboard. Your CPU will work in an AM2+ motherboard - but you will limit yourself in the future in case you might want to upgrade later to a quad core.

I can't think of a good reason to build an AM3 Socket CPU with a brand new MOBO that's AM2 or AM2+.

You'd need different RAM if you go with AM3 MOBO.

I can its called a budget and a AM3 board with DDR3 would be very hard to fit that budget.
 
I don't want ddr3 I want ddr2 ddr3 costs too much and I can't afford that anyone wanna help me out and put that build onto NCIX?
 
You could get some G.Skill 4GB (2x2) Memory off NewEgg. I'm not gonna find the URL, but it's the light-blue kind. (DDR2)
