Xbox 360 Help

I've had this 360 since December or 06, and this is the First problem I have ever had with it. A few of my friends have PS3's, and have had numerous problems..

Anyways, I opened the Xbox up, looked around, didn't see anything that could be causing this. I even opened up the DVD Tray, still nothing.. Should I just buy a new 360 DVD tray?

Look at the defective rates of xbox360 compared to ps3. That says it all

This is going to turn into a fan boy flame war, and to be honest, I dont care about your opinion, so keep My thread on topic.

Alright, the guy called me today, and said the Xbox can be fixed, I think he said it was the tray, so he said it'll cost $120 for parts and labor, and it can be done today.

I can get back to my online arguments, awesome.

Would've almost been worth it to send it back to MS. They charge $100 and you get a 1 year warranty extension as well.
