negative pressure would be better, but it will gather more dust, and what do you mean by the cfm flow?
Tell me how you would measured the CFM of your case to know and why you think it would?

you know because each fan has a Cubic Feet/Minute rate posted on the instructions or online. I just wanna know if I should add a 120mm fan and switch the direction of my 80mm side fan.
I know fans have a CFM rating. But yes a 120 back fan blowing out would help and making the 80 side fan blowing in. And as far as negative or positive pressure, neither is good. Postive, you have more air blowing in than can be pulled out. Negative, you have fans trying to suck out more air than is being blown or sucked in. The best is even air flow, trying to be equal on both ends.
