XP Pro OEM

I purchased a computer a while back off eBay. I purchased it under the agreement that it would come with a wiped clean hard drive. The computer still has an OEM COA sticker on the top for windows xp pro. My question is if I have an xp pro OEM disk in my possession, than can I load the operating system using the license key that’s on the COA sticker? In other words, when I purchased this computer, did I also purchase the xp pro license for that machine?
