WTB: SDRAM Notebook RAM

I'm looking for a 256 MB stick of RAM for my Toshiba Tecra 8100 Laptop, it is 144 pin SDRAM. It is PC 100 but I was told that if it is the same type of RAM but just a different speed you can just downclock it. If anyone has some they would like to sell, if you could leave a post and tell me how much you want for it, I'd appreciate it,
