WTB: Pocket PC

I'm looking for a Pocket PC that has atleast a 300Mhz processor, expansion slot for SD, 3.5" screen, and is in great condition.

I'm looking to buy one from somebody here on the forum, OR if people have suggestions on which one to get, feel free to tell me. Thanks!

Theres a slight possiblity i'd be selling mine, but if I did, it probably wont be for a while.

As I said before, I recommend a new or like new Rx3115, which gets great batter life. Around 5-6 hours when playing music, and around 9 hours with a mix of idle and general stuff.

That would be cool if you sold yours, I would possibly buy it.

I was looking at the RX1955 and compared to the RX3115, and the only real difference I see is the bluetooth capability. I also looked at the HX2495B which has an Intel processor running at 520Mhz (as opposed to the 300MHz Samsung processors in the other PDAs).

I agree the processor on mine is a bit on the low side, but plays videos fine usually as long as nothing else is running.

And remember the PDA I bought for $300 at circuit city several months ago, then returned? That was the Rx1955 :)

It was pretty cool, it has Windows Mobile 5 (mine has 2003 SE), with the difference being that WM5 doesnt lose your data if the battery dies, but the con is that it's slower since it uses slower RAM.

I also had issues with the WiFi not working with it, but that may have been fixed with the new updates and stuff. Also, I dont think the battery or memory was as good, but I cant remember.

I think I would want WM 5.0 instead of WM 2003 SE.

I also looked at some of the Palms at Staples and I hate their OS, Windows is so much better.

I also hate the Palm OS. If you do want one of the newer ones, look on eBay. The Rx1955's are way under $200 on ebay, when there close to $300 in stores.

Yes I will take more time researching it. I am already watching some items on ebay.

I have an Rx3115 with Wifi and Bluetooth I'd be willing to sell. I have a Rhino case for it. I have a wall charger and I think a usb charger (I'd have to find that one). I also have a 512mb SD card I'd throw in for $5 or so. It's several years old but I've honestly rarely used it. When I have though it's done everything I've wanted from stream video's via wifi or play games on it. Windows Pocket PC 2003 is on it.

Make an offer. :)
