WTB: Graphics card for $40 and under

Thats including shipping.Ill buy a graphics card from you, used, refurbished, new, dont care as long as it works fine.It has to be better than a XFX 9600gso or 8800gs (basicly same card, nvidia really messed up their stuff with the 9000 series) as I can get a brand new 9600gso for $40.PCIe 2.0, 1.0.512 mb and above.Gaming, not workstation.
 
he can, with lots of luck, find a nice gt520. Otherwise if it doesnt have to be nvidia a 3850/3870 would do fine too.

You wanna bet? Ha ha, already picked out one new, 2 refurbished that are pretty good, also, 520s are cheap, can get a new one for $40.
 
Yes I know a 520 is not a gamer, I meant I picked out 3 gpu's that aren't 520s that are gamers. I bought a galaxy gt240 1 gb guys, thanks for the help.
 
Yeah, cool.The 8800s are still expensive, coulda got a alpha dog, but I lost the aucyion by one buck, lost all of the 4 auctions I bid.The 240 looks cool, the one by galaxy.

That is because people like me use a sniping program when bidding.
In the last few seconds all the snipers apps try to outbid each other by about a buck.
It's kinds cool to watch the action in the last 15 seconds.
 
That's how my Dad bids on eBay, last 5 seconds are the most frustrating of the whole auction. Just when you think you may have won, BAM, somebody comes along and outbids you.

Yup, I've lost a few myself.
Some people just want to pay more than I do because they beat my bid limit.
I was looking at some vid cards and people are asking more than Newegg prices and people are buying them.
Some people think their used cards are worth new prices also.

Yeah, no kidding, selling their 5 year old used gpu for msrp.
 
Yeah a guy on my local classifieds posted and 8800 GTS for $150. I kept checking his ad, he kept lowering the price and then it disappeared after he posted it for $30.
