well im not really sure if im gonna use it... so i have an intel 945gz mobo and a pentium d 820, if i can't find a nice gfx card for it i can sell it. also i have either 2 sticks of 512mb ram or 1gb sticks, not sure which. its pc-5200, which is all this motherboard will take.

I have a P4 socket 478 1.8 GHZ. I'll also throw in a celeron 2.6ghz. Intel motherboard, I have all the drivers on a disk for XP/2000.
No ram, max of the board is 1gb (2 slots) of ddr-333 (PC2700).
I'd do $40 USD shipped for the board and CPU's....I'll throw in a heatsink/fan too.

everything in the box isnt opened just the gpu packet for testing purposes you interested in it?
problem is my whole rig will be up for sale including the new phase unit once i get it
