Hello All, I am building a computer for a friend of mine. And I need a Cpu And Memory. Cpu has to be a core 2 duo Any Core 2 duo. And Memory has to be 800Mhz 2gb or 4gb. If anyone has some laying around and would like to seel them to me. I would greatly appreciate it. :)

I have an extra stick of DDR2. it's only 1gb and 667mhz though.

Not to be mean or anything...but...

Why would someone from the USA buy something from someone in Australia and have to pay excessive shipping when he can get it cheaper in the states? Please think about stuff before replying.

Why do you care

Besides it would depend on how much he wanted for it whether or not it would be worth it. Your not the one buying it so leave it be.

100% agree with you. as long as your getting a good deal,it doesnt matter where the goods are coming from. :)

PM your full address, I'll post it ASAP and PM you the cost and my paypal address.
I'll send it via Express Courier International, which includes online item tracking. You might have to sign when it arrives if it's a parcel.
probably will be sent in envelope with plenty of bubblewrap. :)

Sorry to tell you this, but the stick just died on me. I just tested it again and it's gone bad like that. At first it was casuing BSOD's and now its making long beeps on startup.
Sorry. :( :( :(

lol at least you tested it first...

I have a C2D e8400 that i wouldn't mind selling, it has never given me any concerns.

I have 2GB corsair 800MHz memory that i know works that i don't need.

5-5-5-15 timings, never over or underclocked so still has the lifetime warranty on it. I have pictures of it that i took back in march when i sold a load of stuff (that was one of the things) but it didn't sell if you want me to post it up or pm it to you?

Not sure what costs would be, but if you are interested i will go down to my local post office and ask tomorrow after college

I just can't see anybody paying so much extra for shipping when you could possibly get the item for cheaper over here in the states.

i understand what johnb is saying, cuz sometimes shipping is just redic from other countries i sold a cpu to a guy in aussie it cost me 16 to ship it

and i guess it all depends on how long your willing to wait, i got a motherboard and ram from aus it took 2 weeks to get here, sometimes even if the deal is better if your like me i like having the stuff within the next couple days, thank god for newegg :) but anyways russian good luck on finding something

I am very far away in the UK and it is still cheaper than half price compared to newegg prices for the memory and that is memory that is a few months used, never overclocked, full life time warranty still as i say, so overseas doesn't=bad, wait for what the price is before blowing up about it ;)

Hey russian, I might be getting an E7500 or a Q6600 within 1 and a half months. Would you be interested in my E4500? If so, name your price.
