WTB Cheap Dual Core CPU, And Mobo

Im looking for a Cheap dual core cpu and a motherboard to put together a 2nd pc. If anyone has any thing just post it here and a price
 
I have an AMD Opteron 165 1.8 ghz dual core. Supposedly there well known for high overclocking though I never overclocked mine. I was gonna hold onto it in case the Opteron 185 in my dads computer dies. I doubt that will ever happen though since hes not a heavy computer user. I'd be will to sell it to you for $40. Its been used but still works. Doesnt have the heatsink and fan and a couple pins were slightly bent maybe 10 degrees a short time ago but I bent them back no problem. I'd be willing to take it back and refund the price minus shipping if you have a problem with it.

oh btw its a socket 939.

I'm gonna have an AMD Athlon 64 X2 4600+ 2.4Ghz for sale when I get my upgrade. No mobo, but you can usually get AM2 mobos pretty cheap.

EDIT: if you are interested, I'd take $40 shipped, and I'll include the stock heat sink.

You can even get some good prices even if you buy new... I got my 5000+ for $50 and my M3A78-CM for $70 off newegg...

EDIT: You could buy Timmie's CPU and get something like a M3A78-CM. How much do you consider to be cheap?
