WTB: AGP or PCI Video Card

I would prefer AGP, but as long as it is at least directx 8, i don't care what interface. am thinking about $30 shipped to the location over there:

i was going to get the biostar fx5200, but then i found a cheaper used one on ebay, but the sale ended, so i was hoping to find someones used on from here.
 
google ain't helping, is a 9200 better than a fx5200? all google gave me is that they are both directx 8
 
could you give the specs of it like the memory access(64-bit most likely), video connectors, etc... also, is the shorter half of the agp connector on the back of the card so that it will fit into this:

sorry it took so long to get back, i just ordered this after the pic i posted of my mobo reminded me that i have NO space after my agp slot in between the ram, and the biostar card was the shortest i could find on the egg, and your's just might be a bit to long. Sorry:D
