WTB - 775 CPU and DDR2 RAM?

I can't decide what to do. I've recently halfway decent computer parts. The board is a Socket 775 with onboard Nvidia 7100, HDMI out, blah blah. The case is an old emachines case, but it's in perfect condition and I managed to find two matching drives plus a matching card reader. I've tested the computer at work and it functions just fine.

For about $100 I could get a dual core Celeron and some RAM for it but I can't decide if I want to make something out of it or try and sell it as is... Given a bit more umph than the single-core Celeron I used to test it, it'd probably make a good HTPC

have a pentium D 820, 2.8ghz. its not a powerhouse but about as fast as an e2200 performance-wise. just throw an offer if your interested, its just sitting around here.

oh and i have a 2gb stick of ddr2-667mhz ram, taken from a DELL.
