Won't the fan be blocked?

No, I think that fan is downwards, so the open space under it.

Yeah most psu's have the fan on the bottem so that the air can circualte better, Be pretty dumb to put it at the top
, ( unless its designed for a case that has the psu at the bottem )

A little off topic, but does anyone know anything about Xclio cases? I just saw some on newegg, and read a positive review on one of their products, so now I'm bouncing back and forth between xclio and the cooler master. The xclio cases come with a 25 cm fan, but are cheap (around $40) so I don't know. Any recommendations?

Looks like a good case, reviews of other products made by xclio are good, but it seems too good to be true.

About the fan on top thing, an other solution is to cut the case your self, that way nice cool air can come in.
