Wireless problem?

I have a problem that I've spent about 12 hours trying to figure out and getting no where so far. I just came back from college where I was able to run internet games fine but I was connected through an ethernet cord. I came home and I disabled the wired connection and enabled my wireless connection. I can run the internet fine for pretty much everything but I can not connect to any games over the internet (Age of empires 3 and Battlefield 2). My brother has his computer right next to mine and he is able to connect to these games with out any problems. Also another problem is that I can't see his computer on LAN settings either. Oh also I have scanned my computer for viruses and ad-ware. I have also disconnected all firewalls and virus scanners. Any ideas? Thanks

It could be the problem with Router. Personal Router has separate proxy server and firewall than regular LAN connection. You can check router settings by typing 192.168.1.1 on Internet Explorer Adreass link.
I think it is the wireless setting in router
