Wireless PCI Card Mystery?????

I got a free wireless PCI card from my brother that he got from who knows where.I need the drivers for the card to make it work but my brother doesn't know the name of the card , or who its made by. I will post some pictures of it. If any of you guys can find out what card it is i would really appreciate it. It has been driving me nuts for days.

have you googled it yet? i googled all three numbers with ties to dlink. then i googled admtek and it led me to a driver download site. the model number on the card matches the one on the site, hence here is your driver.
