Wireless Networking!!!

Hi, I am trying to setup a wireless network to a couple of buildings not sure of the size of the area. There is already a Vsat running. What do i need to use for the wireless networking? What type of equipments, and maybe a link to some sites for details i would need. I am looking for some really good and very active wireless network system.

I am new to all this so i could use all the advice i could get.

Any help would be great

How many connections? What speeds? What kind of signal would you like to send/receive... IE b/g? Is it 2 close buiildings? of 10 stories? We need the approx size...
