Wireless Networking - Airlink

I have a four port Airlink wireless router. When connected directly to the router, all computers are networked to each other and to the internet. However, when I try to connect a laptop, it does not work.
There is a network setup page (192.168.1.1), and I have configured some of my settings on that. However, I do not know how to fully configure these settings and there are no instructions. Can someone teach me the basics of configuring these settings to allow the laptop to access the internet wirelessly? Thanks.

Winxp laptop? Does it get an ip addrss from the router? Do you have the network setting setup correctly? Does networking work?

What do you mean it doesnt work?

Sorry.
Win XP. It does not receive an IP from the router unless plugged in to it directly. The "set up a small office/home network" setup is correct. The other computers work perfectly, but the laptop does not see any of the other computers. It works just as though there was no wireless internet present.
