Wireless network problems

We are putting an ethanet cable from an office through to a router in the factory (next door) we have put the cable through tryed to connect to the wireless router in the office but there is no connection we have put the problem down to the wireless router in the office the computers which should be connected to the wireless router say that they are connected but the internet does not come up (page can not be displayed) what could the problem be? Its an adsl router running on an bt broadband connection and the wireless router is an d-link the power light is on solid the status is fashing and the port lights are on and flickering.

So you have a router... plugged in are a few computers.. then you have another wireless router plugged into the router, which goes next door? Ok well I think* (please confirm) that you need a crossover cable for this. Have you setup the wireless router? Or did you think it was plug n play?
