Wireless network keeps cutting out, solutions?

I have a wireless network and my computer is about 5 meter's from the router. Unfortunately it keeps cutting out, every 10 minutes or so. It has to go through a wall but since the distance is so minor that shouldn't really make a difference.
There are only 1/2 other computers that use the router.
I am just wondering if anyone has any solutions to this.
My router is this

I can't find my card, but it wasn't particularly special and it only cost me £20.
I am thinking about getting a better card. Anyone else agree? If you think that could be the solution, any recommendations?
Thanks a lot

p.s even as I was writing this the damn connection went twice

Hey,

It sounds like you might have some faulty hardware, either being your router or you adapter. If possible try using the other adapters in the house (also are theirs cutting out, if so/or not how far are they from the router), this will determine if it is the Adapter. But as for testing your router you may need another router to test. If you find using diferrent hardware from your home works then take you current hardware in for warranty/or replacement.

You can also try the follwing have your router as high as possible, aswell as make sure your wireless antena'a are standing up rather then strait out. You should also try to move you computer (just for testing) out of your room and somwhere where the router is visable. After doing this please let us know how far you can go before your connection cuts out.

Thanks,
